Signature Blend:

Lavender: On top of its ant-bacterial, antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties, it helps fight break outs while promoting wound healing. It also helps reduce lines and hyper-pigmentation. The scent promotes ones sense of calm and helps to improve sleep.

Chamomile: Hydrating and healing, chamomile helps sooth irritated and sensitive skin, acne and ecxma while promoting hydration.

Oats: Oats help moisturise, sooth and exfoliate the skin. They are a natural cleanser and offer a great alternative to soap for sensitive skin. 

Epsom Salts: The magnesium in the salts helps improve muscle and joint pain, promotes stress reduction and improved sleep.

Moon Blend:

Mugwort: The super power ingredient packed into our moon blend bags. It supports menstrual health by regulating cycles, easing cramps and PMS. Improves liver and digestive health. Help promote good sleep. Must be avoided during preganancy.
